A warm welcome to Iveta (Iva) - the newest addition to our osteopathy team

Iveta Hanzelova, M.Ost., N.D., PgCert

Iveta (known as Iva) is a compassionate and detail-oriented osteopath at Aberdeen Osteopathy Clinic. She graduated in 2020 from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London, earning her Master’s in Osteopathy, and completed postgraduate study in Specialist Paediatric Osteopathic Practice in 2025.

Iva uses a functional osteopathic approach that emphasizes the interconnectedness of structure and function. Rather than simply ‘fixing’ complaints, she focuses on improving the overall function of the body’s systems—including circulation, nervous system, and musculoskeletal system—by addressing underlying imbalances. This comprehensive approach has consistently achieved long-lasting results in her practice.

She warmly welcomes patients of all ages with both acute and long-standing conditions, offering specialized expertise in perinatal and postnatal support as well as treatment for newborns, children, and adults. Iva develops individualized treatment plans and empowers her patients through education and self-care guidance.

Originally from Slovakia, Iva enjoys spending time with her chihuahua, Daisy, and looks forward to welcoming you to Aberdeen Osteopathy Clinic and supporting your journey to wellness.
