Using this website
You may use this website to find out about our clinic and treatments, and to get in touch with us. You must not misuse the website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access to it, submitting false information through our forms, or using it in a way that could damage, disable or overload it.
Medical information on this website
The information on this website, including our pages about osteopathy, massage, Ayurvedic treatments, dry needling and shock wave therapy, is provided for general information only. It is not a diagnosis and is not a substitute for an assessment by one of our practitioners or by your own doctor. If you are concerned about a health condition, please contact us or your GP for advice tailored to you.
If you have a medical emergency, call 999 immediately. For urgent advice that is not an emergency, call NHS 111.
Appointments and bookings
You can book an appointment online through our Book Now page, by phone, or by using the enquiry form on this website. Our online booking widget is provided by Cliniko, our practice management and booking system. Submitting the enquiry form is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking; we will contact you to confirm the time.
Our current prices, terms and conditions and cancellation policy are set out on our Prices page. Please read this before booking, as it explains what to bring to your appointment, what to expect during treatment, and what happens if you need to cancel or miss an appointment.
Prices
Prices shown on this website are correct at the time of publishing but may change. The price that applies to your treatment is the one confirmed to you when you book.
Insurance
If you plan to claim the cost of your treatment from an insurer, it is your responsibility to check with your insurer beforehand what cover you have and what they require from us. We are happy to help with paperwork where we can, but we cannot guarantee that your insurer will accept or pay a claim.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, images and our logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you must not copy, reproduce or otherwise reuse our content for any other purpose without our permission.
Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, such as our Facebook page, and loads content from other providers when you choose to, such as Google Maps or our clinic tour video. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those other websites, and linking to them does not mean we endorse them.
